Product Description:
This is a simple but effective design, typical of Bodum. Place your loose tea leaves in the insert, place your insert in the mug. Pour boiling hot water into the insert and then cover with the lid. Allow to steep to your desired strength, then remove the lidded insert and enjoy your freshly brewed tea. No fussing with wire mesh or small and annoying infusers.

- I very much enjoy it but can find some areas to improve on.
I purchased this very same product from wholefoods for 12.99 recently. I very much enjoy my newest tea cup. I use it daily now for almost a month. I wish a larger size was available as I drink 3-7 glasses of tea daily (hot ... Read More

- Bodum tea infuser and cup
The Bodum The de Chine Personal Glass Tea Infuser & Cup is simply wonderful! Although, seemingly fragile, it brews a great cup of tea using whole leaves or tea bags. It is perfect for those of us who prefer our tea in glass.Bodum The de Chine Personal Glass Tea Infuser & Cup

- Excellent cup of tea
This cup makes excellent tea, I prefer the glass filter over stainless steel for some reason. I do get some BOP tea leaves stuck in the holes, but nothing a quick brush with the toothbrush can't handle..

- Good design--but now way too expensive
This was just what I was looking for, but all the reviews about broken glass made me pause. I agree Amazon is sometimes careless about packing (except for books, which always come shrink wrapped, too bad they don't apply that to breakable items). I ordered four (4-for-3 item) and they were fine. I gave some as gifts and use one in the office. The infuser also works in a teapot if you have the right size. The other issues mentioned in reviews (cleaning, tea leaves getting stuck, light weight glass) ... Read More
