- Leaks!
I tested this pan immediately upon unpacking it by filling it with water and it leaks like a sieve. I had to line it with foil before baking a cake in it--not very easy on a round pan.

This was my first time using this type of pan.It's a nice, heavy duty pan that is definitely non-stick.The cheesecake was easily separated from the outer ring and turned out nicely.I had read the reviews about it leaking, so was ready in case this one did, and it did leak, even though I made sure it was snapped in all the way around.I put a pyrex bowl underneath the drip while it was in the oven and of course, once it started cooking, the drip stopped after about 10 minutes.

- Cuisinart Springform Pan
I have several of these pans and they are wonderful.The nonstick surface makes use convenient. Heat distribution and absorption is uniform allowing for baking consistantancy.
Rating: - Superior Quality
I really love this springform pan.It has a nice weight to it and is of first rate quality.I only wish they made the pan in an 8-inch size as well.I had to settle for another vender's pan and though it was similarly priced, it was filmsy.

This this leaked so badly that my cake turned into soup.I had even wrapped it with aluminum foil!I tried again, making sure that the bottom plate was placed correctly in the grooves, and filled it with water.Water ran all over the counter through two points in the base.
Lame!!This will be going back immediately...
