The Chillow really helps keep you cool at night.
The only negative is that it slips around on top of another pillow - but putting it in a snugly fitting pillowcase with another pillow helps keep it in place.

While I love the concept of this product, it just didn't work well for me. The instructions are rather detailed and you have to follow them carefully. I did that and didn't notice much coolness. I did put the pillow in the refrigerator as instructed and was in heaven for all of about 2 minutes. I think it's just that I'm an incredibly warm person and I'm not sure that anything less than a bag of ice is going to cool me off when I'm sleeping. For those of us suffering through menopause, this product has been a lifesaver.After discontinuing HRT, the hot flashes are pretty bad and interfere with sleep.This product keeps you cool through the night and minimizes waking up due to the hot flash.I love it.
