- Not for high blood pressure sufferers
I was heavily bloated and constipated with this product and it sent up my blood pressure.Do not use if you suffer from high blood pressure.

My husband and I are both doing this cleanse, and both of us find it useless.We are doing it along with taking the Fibersmart and taking flax oil every day.I am having DECREASED BM's, not increased.It is not cleansing me at all, I have less energy if anything.Same with my husband.We feel somewhat constipated sometimes.We're finishing off the month, but I will go back to the one I did 5 years ago that was fantastic:it's at wholeapproach.com.No, I have no affiliation with it, it just ... I followed the directions and this product worked. It was a couple years ago, and I have been thinking of doing another. Here is what I noticed: larger (much larger) bowel movements. This did not take long. Also I got rid of my lactose intolerance. Since doing the cleanse, I have become progressively more of a health nut. If a friend told you that a colon cleanse is a good idea, I fully concur. I have not compared versus other products though, so you might want to read reviews on other products. Good ... Read More
