I did quite a bit of research before buying this speaker system.I am more than pleased with the quality.A lot of negative reviews mention that there is no on/off button, but THERE IS! It never ceases to amaze me how people complain about such things and aren't even right.The on/off button is on the sub, and it also functions as the volume switch for the sub.You can either turn the knob to turn the sub up or down, and you can push the knob in to turn the speakers off.If the light bothers ... These speakers were easy to set up on my iMac.The sound is great for the price. I researched a lot of speakers and these were by far the best deal for the money.They are very cool looking, not just a black box on your desktop.I can recommend this sound system to anyone.

I had pretty high expectations for these speakers, given the rave reviews they have gotten on here. I wasn't surprised that the speakers lived up to my expectations.
I listen to everything from Sinatra to Nine Inch Nails and they sound great for a wide variety of music.
