We love this pan for making omelets, it never sticks and cleans perfectly.I also bought stainless pans by Cuisanart and love them too, but wish I had gotten this surface on the inside instead.

We purchased this to replace a Calphalon commercial 10" pan which we had used and abused for about 4 years.We were sorry to see it go.This was an excellent replacement.

This pan was a father's daypresent,.It arrived with a label stuck on the cooking surface that would not come offwith any cleaning tool in the sink.Cuisinart was called and was no help except to say to use some odd preparation one is not likely to have on hand.When asked for the phone number for the Cuisinart legal office to register a serious complaint with possible class action consequences the agent hung-up.DONOT BUY FROM CUISINART IS MY RECOMMENDATION.I would rate this a zero if ... I bought this as an Xmas gift for my mother, sight unseen, based on ratings here (and a free shipping promo). I just spent a week with Mom and used it every day if not twice or three times a day. I wish I owned it.
Good heat control on a unknown to me electric stove top. A breeze to clean. Weight distribution is so right. It just feels right in your. Mom doesn't know what a great gift that was.
