These knives are without doubt, the best value you will find in a knife. This knife is razor sharp from the first time you use it, to many months later. Who would have thought that a paring knife at such a low price would really be that good?This Victorinox knife is sharp and does an excellent job at peeling and preparing just about anything, especially fruits and vegetables.It does have a plastic handle, but it is sized just right.It provides a good grip and holds up to whatever you throw at it.I have been using it for several months now and it still looks like new.Even better, it still cuts like new.For this price point, I'd recommend picking ... Thin blade and sharp. Somewhat light for optimal handling. Cheap and used every day, so a bargain in all the important ways. Needs sharpening again after moderate use.
