- Won't leave home without it!
This product has changed the way I feel about my skin. Before, my face was red, dry/oily and acne-prone at certain times of the month (which I thought I had outgrown years ago). My dermatologist told me I had mild rosacia. Then, I found this product. Now, I put this on every morning right after I wash my face. It feels good and makes a nice base before I put on my facial lotion (Aveeno Ultra-Calming). My skin looks so good now. I don't need to hide under foundation anymore. I can truly (and humbly) ... When I first got this item two years ago, it was part of a starter kit, I really didn't use it.According to the directions, it is suposed to be a primer before using the mineral make-up. I never understood why it was billed as a primer since I could see no discernable benefit.Anyway, about a year ago I came across it in my medicine cabinet and thought I would use it as a night time moisture lotion.I used it faithfully every night and within two weeks I saw an improvement in my skin.I don't have ... It made my face break out. Not thrilled. I love all the other Bare Escentuals products so I was really disappointed.
Rating: - Clearing up blackheads on my nose and cheeks
I have only used this product twice, and I already notice a difference in how my skin looks.I do not have acne.I am 46, and I tend to get blackheads on my nose and cheeks, and this seems to be cleaning them out, and my large pores look like they are disappearing.
It is lightweight, and it feels good, and frankly, I did NOT notice an unusual smell like some others have commented.Maybe my sniffers just not that good!I can't wait to see my face in a few days.It hasn't even had time to really ... Read More

The package is terrible at communicating what it is or how to use it. If you read Paula Begoun's cosmetics book, you will see she classifies the Rev-er Upper as a good EXFOLIANT with both AHA and BHA.It's not a moisturizer or a toner and the results are not immediate.You don't want to apply this to your eye area. It came in my BareMinerals starter kit and I've been using it on my blemish-prone T-zone but I think I'm ready to ditch it in favor of a BHA only product.The smell is awful going on but it fades ...
