The practical design helps solve a number of problems for users with minor sight or hearing challenges.
Two large red lights on the base indicate when the phone is ringing and when you have a voicemail message--and they're large enough to see more clearly from a distance. A belt clip is included, so you can keep the handset with you as you walk around the house. You can also keep your hearing aid connected and wear the handset comfortably at your waist. I am a fan of 900mhz phones as they seem to avoid a lot of interference and generally work well.Given that they are quickly fading from the market, I am always on the lookout for units to "stock" to put in service when anotherphone in the house fails.This unit worked properly right out of the box.Only fault with this purchase was the packing when shipped, which seemed a bit substandard. - A Very Good Phone
I'm very happy with this refurbished phone and saved lots of money by not buying it new. All the information given about the phone ended up being true so I had no disappointments after my purchase. The only thing that would made the phone nicer is if it was more streamlined with hanging on the wall.It seems to look a little bulky and sticks out a bit but otherwise I'm very happy.

We're very pleased with the ability to enhance the hearing of the caller on the phone since my husband and I are both hearing impaired.We love the appearance of the phone also.The only exception that we take is we feel the ringer on the phone could be a little louder.All in all, we are very pleased with the phone.Our previous cordless (still in use) was a Uniden and we've been very happy with it.

A lot of the newer phone models are very small with small buttons.I like the larger size of this phone and it is light in weight.The number pad is easy to read and it's also easy to read the numbers on the screen as you dial.You can easily adjust the volume of the ringer with high tones and low tones and also adjust the volume on the handset.I have never had any static with this phone.I wanted to get another of these phones for the bedroom but currently Amazon is not selling them.Uniden ... We found this to be an excelent telephone. The light is bright and it can be heard very easily and we are very hard of hearing.Good buy for the money.
