- Finally, a great separator!
This gravy separator doesn't crack when you pour boiling liquid into it.The strainer is very handy, and the ability to separate the fat from the soup is very precise.Highly recommended.

I love this!It is wider than other separators which makes for less worry when draining a hot pot over it.It does a great job separating the fat!

Works like a charm. I really like the large capacity. My old one only holds about a cup of liquid and is a pain to use most of the time. The top strainer is also a big plus. This certainly makes life easier in the kitchen for me.

Fat separators like this one are a "seasonal" item at my local kitchen store. (DAMN!! I hate that kind of store mentality where they only carry what will sell immediately!) So I ordered one of these & it works GREAT. It doesn't separate every bit of grease but it does remove most of it. Just be sure to clean it thoroughly & fairly quickly after you use it - it's made of plastic & the separated grease will cling to it. The Gravy/Fat Separator was not exactly what I thought it would be. This separator did the job of separating but when it comes to pouring the good stuff back into the pan it just mixed it together.Very disappointed in this product.
