- DO NOT ORDER!
I'll be honest the product itself is good, but Shatila is the worst service you can find online. They will never return your emails and their staff are computer illerterate. If you call they are not very helpful. The person I talked to could not find my orders or emails I sent them (I sent 3). I was told they will ship whenever she finds the order (that was about 5 days after I spoke to them and 12 days after I ordered).

A small guilty please I got on sale. I received it about a week and a half ago. I was surprised at the size of the box and tray the thirty pieces were packaged in. Very, very generous sized pieces.
So, I'm trying to save it by eating a piece or two at a time. Savor the flavor, since it has been quite some time since I've had any baklava. And, oh my, is this ever good baklava!
My suggestion is to put the box in the refrigerator. Take it out at least 20 - 30 minutes before you ... Read More

I sent the Baklava to my mother who is 90.She and all of her friends just couldn't believe how good it was.I will order it again.

The city I live in has a vibrant Greek community.This baklava is as good as much of what I have tasted locally.It is better than any other "store baught" I've ever had!
