This is the last squeezer I'll have to buy. It is full size and sturdy, and the steel seems to be of the highest quality. It has come through the dishwasher many times and still looks new.
I owned one or two squeezers before this. One was enameled and I found out that enamel doesn't stand up to lime oil. Citric essential oils are really powerful solvents. Every once in a while a bit of paint would flake off into a Daiquiri. Not good. Another was either steel or pot metal and promptly ... Read More

I chose this model based on other buyers reviews of different brands. It cost more, but after squeezing a few dozen limes and limons already, I can report it is well made, has a big enough bowl to handle all but the size of an orange or larger citrus', it cleans easily (either by hand or dishwasher), and for a woman with small hands I can operate it well.
Rating: - solid build
The hinge area which is the most prone to break in these type of products seem sturdy enough to stand up to continual use. The juicer works well if you follow the fool proof directions and don't try to use it for fruits it wasn't meant to be used for.

I have had great luck with this juicer -- easily broke two plastic ones previously and I was discouraged.This item is very sturdy and has not shown any signs of bending or breaking despite my best squeezing efforts.Highly recommended...
