I am a side sleeper with herniated disks in my neck.So, more often than not, I wake up each morning with a headache. I've tried the foam pillows in the past, and they didn't work for me. For the last 10 years I've used a buckwheat husk pillow, which worked pretty good, but still often woke with a headache. As someone who has suffered from neck pain as far back as I can remember, finally, after trying everything under the sun, a product that delivers!It took me a few days to get used to it, and I didn't hold out much hope.I was pleasantly surprised to notice a very definite improvement within 3 or 4 weeks.
