- Great Basic Pilates Workout
This is the first of four 10-Minute Solution Pilates dvds I ever bought, and I love it. It's a great video for anyone who has never done Pilates before because Lara Hudson really goes through and gives you good instructions on the most classic Pilates moves. There are plenty of modifications for whatever level you are at. This video has everything I'm looking for in a workout video.The various ten-minute segments can be done a la carte, or assembled via the "Create Your Own Workout" menu in any order and quantity you like, and they cover every major muscle group in the body to some degree.What you are left with is a DVD that you can use for anything from a 10 to a 50 minute workout withouut repeating any segment that can focus on specific trouble areas you may have, or provide a balanced workout for your entire body. ... - This was a very challenging workout.
I can usually pull off doing two or three exercise DVDs a day, but this DVD wore me out on it's own. I recommend it for anyone who needs more of a challenge in their workouts.

- Just what I was looking for
This dvd is just what I was hoping for it to be. I can do ten minutes if I'm short on time or the whole set if I desire. Plus the sessions are succinct; Lara doesn't waste time talking and dives right in. Love it.

- Basic pilates
Good intro to pilates. This is resistance using your own body weight. A nice choice when you're sore from a real strength routine. The routines are not as interesting as the 10 Minute Solution Rapid Results. They're claiming with one section, Pilates Burn, you'll "sweat away those pounds!" No you won't. This is not a cardio video, just a way to work muscles without a lot of effort.
