After reading the first reviewers comments (Jan. 2006), I suspect they have more serious issues than the quality of the tray. I've used my daily for years and it's been problem-free. I must now replace it because I leaned on the tray and broke one of the corner supports under my desk. It wasn't a flawed part, it was operator error. It is or was after all only plastic and not meant to support my weight. For the price, I don't believe you will find a better buy. My suggestion for future purchasers ... Read More

This product was at my door in 3 days with instructions on how to put the tray together, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product to be listed as refurbished. Definitely would buy from them again.
