Product Description:
Optical Digital Interface Cable provides superior accuracy for signal trasfer of digital information from component to component. This cable is an excellent complement to your component entertainment system. Better definition and true clarity. It is specifically engineered for a digital signal data transfer. For highest quality signal transfer in digital components using Toslink optical to Toslink optical connections. The optical signal offers more digital information at higher speed and only a cable manufactured with glass fiber will provide this extra data. Because the information is converted into light impulses that are sent over the fiber optic cable, the signal is immune from RF or magnetic interference. Fiber optic Toslink connections are used on high-end stereo equipment and often seen on MiniDisc players & recorders. Can be used for high quality signals found in: CD, DVD players, VCD, LD, DTS & Dolby Digital Audio Receivers, MD, Digital Audio PC, Divx, DAC, Digital Satellite, Digital Receivers.

- Awesome Deal
These cables are exactly the same as the ones sold at a higher price. Plus these cables are a little thicker. Fits perfectly in a Onkyo receiver and a ps3. And also the price is just ridiculous.

- Weird pricing structure SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY!
I'm using these Toslink cables for an 8-channel ADAT digital audio link between my Tascam DA-88 and Akai DPS24 digital audio workstation. The cables are quite nice -- all individually wrapped in plastic. They look just like a Toslink cable, and work without problems.I have 4 times the digital audio data as a typical stereo system.I just pluggedd them in and they worked.
Most Toslink connections are stereo SPDIF, but if you are looking to connect your 8-channel ADAT equipment together ... Read More

- Awesome
Cheap, thicker then more expensive cables. Light is light, the only thing to worry about with a toslink cable is its durability; they are often very thin. No worries here, very thick and beefy.
Oh, and it shipped instantly and I got it in 3 days!

- Same as ones priced at 10x this
I bought this cable about 2 months back to hookup my dvd player to my Onkyo 5.1 system. The audio quality is great (both with DTS & Dolby digital). I watched Bad Boys 2 a few days ago and was afraid of getting complains from the neighbors!
I use one of the expensive Optical Digital Audio cables to connect my desktop to the Onkyo receiver. I switched the 2 audio cables and got the same quality audio from both the sources as before. So this is a great cable for a dirt cheap price.

- The Real Deal
Well i ordered this even after reading some of the negative reviews that stated the prongs (connection at the end) was too short. Well I had a little problem, i originally had a Fiber Optic cable that i was using for my Xbox360, but it was bent really bad near the end of the cable. So if it was moved and landed in the wrong position there would be no sound. I figured since this new cable i bought fit into the Western Digital HD TV Media Player it would fit into my receiver...not the case. It didnt even ... Read More
