All the glitz of glam rock without the spandex or bad hair. These arresting shades of glitter are suspended in a clear base and apply with a tiny, precise brush. Paint thin lines with the tip of the brush, or sweeping color with the side of the brush for dramatic, jewel-encrusted eyes. Once dry, they will not budge ? the glitter won't fall to your cheeks or transfer to your makeout partner's face. Make sure you let each coat dry a bit before applying the next for perfect glitter distribution. Heavy Metal can be worn alone, over Eyeshadows, or with other Glitter Liner shades. Try a deep shade as your main eye liner, and a light, bright shade as a highlight on the inner corners.

I really like buying the Urban Decay line of makeup because they don't test their product on animals. All of their product line that I have tried has been very inventive.
I bought this eyeliner in the bright pink Cat Fight. It's rock glamorous without making me look like I'm trying to be a teen again. - A Perfect Glitter Eyeliner
I have this liner in Air Guitar. It imparts a perfect line of glitter with its precision brush applicator. It's easy to use and not at all messy. The glitter is non-irritating and I wear contact lenses. Another great product by Urban Decay!

I have this in "baked" and "metalhead."I wear the glitter liner on top of my regular liner for accents and this liner is great!It lasts all day and doesn't cause problems with my contact lenses.I've gotten a ton of compliments on it and will definitely reorder in the future.

i am Not Kidding - EveryOne's eyes would look a little brighter with a thin line of this on - it's a bargain to have your eyes look THIS compelling and appealing - it's not so clubby that it isn't fine for everyday for everyone - go to your nearest counter and try a different color for each eye to see which color is best for you - then buy one there and buy from amazon ever after no matter where you are in the world -

I love glittery eye liners and had never used a liquid one before. I had heard great things about Urban Decay's Heavy Metal Glitter Liner and decided to try it. It went on great, but after three days of using I started getting an eye infection from the glitter that flaked off into my eyes. I honestly didn't feel the glitter go into my eyes because the specks are so tiny and fine. I do not recommend this product if you wear contacts or have sensitive eyes.
