This mask was ok but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be.It does beat other eye gel masks out there though.

I bought this for nighttime sinus headaches but I used it one night for pain in my jaw because I was grinding my teeth in my sleep. Worked immediately. I have two. They will get good use.

This gel eye mask is really great. I get really terrible migraines and I soak this little guy in a sink full of warm water with lavender oil and it really helps. Sometimes I just put it on when I feel stressed to help me relax.
