We bought this skillet after reading a few reviews on Amazon. The skillet is every bit as good as the reviews had indicated.For us, this has become an indispensible skillet.My daughters and I use this regularly.For informal gatherings, this doubles up as a large serving plate as well.The price is quite reasonable and this skillet has met all our expectations.

and so do I!This is a great accessory to any kitchen because it is large enough to cook big meals, heat evenly over the entire surface and is easy to clean.You can see your food as it cooks, which many of these electric skillets do not allow for.It has a quality build unlike many electrical appliances that are being sold these days.I would have spent more money, but I am glad I did not have to. It was worth every penny.

I just purchased my third Cuisinart Electric Frying Pan from Amazon.Why three?This product is just that good!I bought one for the beach house, one for the city house and one for my daughter.This frying pan fries wonderfully hot and even, making me appear to be a world class "Fry Master".I love it! I love it! I love it!!!!It also is great for corned beef and pot roast.I think I just talked myself into buying another one!

This appliance is a just gorgeous...the envy! It has plenty of temperature settings to make any recipe easy. The clear glass lid helps you monitor the food without allowing the steam to escape by lifting the lid. I have already recommended it to my friends who wanted to know where I got it as soon as I opened the box....sent to my work address. Good buy and great product.
