This is a nice poker set for both serious and not so serious poker players. The chips are pretty nice, but you can see mold marks on some of them, so they arent perfect.However, I dont know who that would matter to, it didn't matter tome.The case seems like its strong, but the hinges seem to not quite open all the way.The hinges on the case are my biggest gripe, but they aren't terrible. Also the velvet like texture inside the case rubs off a bit.All in all, though, the chips are weighted ... Read More

First off the metal case was all beat up looked like it was kicked down a flight of stairs. The second thing is the chips they have plastic pieces falling off them (burs) plus some chips are cracked open you can even see the metal insert. Price is good the quality is terrible look else where.

I was hesitant to purchase this product given some of the negative reviews, but I am very glad I purchased the item after all. The poker set came in PERFECT conditions. No dents to the casing, nothing broken, perfect. The chips are not the best quality but for home games, you cannot beat the price. I have a buddy who bought a poker set for about $160.00 and even though you can notice the difference in quality, it does not justify spending an extra $120.00 for it. I ordered these on Wednesday afternoon and had them in my hand in less than 24 hours...I realize it was only traveling from Irving to Plano, TX but still....WOW! I agree with the comments that this set is definitely a good set for the money.Colors are clear and there are some scratches, but you will have the same set of scratches after you play a game or two with them.Nice weight for home poker playing...nothing like my husband's Vegas style set as far as weight, stamping, etc.but this set is also ... I bought these and they are terrible. Supposedly clay but real bad finish. I broke open the seal and each chip set had scratches on the chips. It looked like these are manufacturing rejects that are being parceled off. The playing cards too had scratches on them. Overall it looked shoddy and used. I would request you not to waste your money on buying Fat Cat. Buy another chip set. I am very unhappy with my purchase.
