The only disappointment I had was that I was expecting a full sized muffin - though they did accurately give the measurements - I just didn't check.
Really though I was ordering Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Drop Biscuit Pan

I bought both the Lodge Logic Pre-seasoned muffin Pan and the Wedge shaped pan for making Mexican Corn Bread.I like my cornbread with lots of peppers and my wife don't like the peppers so I make her's in the muffin pan and mine in the wedge pan. The cornbread to comes out of both pans very easy and is golden brown and crispy.We put a butter and honey on ours and eat them with Navy Beans.Makes a great meal.

The muffins come out amazing!The cast iron retains heat, which in return makes perfect muffins.The muffins come out crisp on the out side and moist on the inside.I notice also stay fresher when you have some the next day.The muffin will stick a bit for the first couple of uses, however if you follow the correct care for washing them, they will build up a natural non-stick surface.I have other cast iron pans and they are the best!

Good product. I wish you specified the dimensions. Is this the standard size for muffins?

This pan is really small.The picture is deceiving.It's about half the size of a normal 6 cup muffin pan.You'd need at least 2 of these to get anything done.
So if there is an alternative for roughly twice the price just get that.
