I am very glad that I finally picked up this piece!I have several Lodge pieces and they are all very important pieces in my kitchen.

I would like it to be a little bit larger and was also kind of hoping it would come with some basic cooking instructions.But, since I am fairly experienced with cast iron, I didn't have a hard time figuring out the best way to use this pan.

I have been totally satisfied with this pan.It is easy to clean with just water and soft bristle brush or rag.It allows the cornbread to be flipped out without a mess simply flipping and shaking it briskly.Now my cornbread is better than ever ! I simply spray it with a light baking spray before use.Thanks Lodge Logic for a very useful pan.

We love these pans. We like to make cornbread alot and these are the perfect size! I brought two of them and use them at least once a week. They are pre-seasoned and I just sray them with Pam and they are ready to go. They are a little hard to clean in that you have to saok and them scrub the corners to get the cornbread out but not really that hard.

I bought both the Lodge Logic Pre-seasoned muffin Pan and the Wedge shaped pan for making Mexican Corn Bread.I like my cornbread with lots of peppers and my wife don't like the peppers so I make her's in the muffin pan and mine in the wedge pan. The cornbread to comes out of both pans very easy and is golden brown and crispy.We put a butter and honey on ours and eat them with Navy Beans.Makes a great meal.

MY DAUGHTER ASK FOR A CORNBREAD PAN THAT WAS DIVIDED IN SECTIONS, LIKE MINE. I COULDN'T FIND ONE IN OUR LOCAL STORES. SO, I SHOPPED AMAZON AND FOUND THIS ONE. I LIKE THIS PAN BETTER THAN MINE, BECAUSE IT HAS A HANDLE ON BOTH SIDES. EXTREMELY PLEASE. THANK GOD FOR A GOOD PRESENT
