This knife block is angled so that you don't have to pull it out from under the cabinet to get a knife.Very nice if that is an issue. I had the older Ronco knife block that stood more straight up and I am glad to be rid of it.

Tried to order this block from Ronco,[I already ordered and recieved a Knife set & a block]and was told I HAD to order another Knife set to recieve a block. Went to Amazon, NO Problem! Recieved the block just a few days later. Thank you Amazon, I will cotinue to do bussiness with You.
