- Easy to use and clean
The first unit we received was DOA... a non-functioning thermostat. Contacted Amazon and another unit was shipped immediately, and a prepaid return label was provided. Can't ask for better customer service!
As for the waffle iron itself, it makes great waffles, and is larger than some of the tiny round units. So if you're cooking for several hungry breakfasters (though I live in Central PA, I do NOT eat the local dinner delicacy known as chicken and waffles!) this is a definite plus. ... Read More

- nice waffles...but what a mess!!!!!!!!!!
This is a great waffle maker for people that need to make lots of waffles in a short amount of time, however the design is such that when the batter comes out the sides and it will come out the sides, there are seams that make it very difficult to clean.The instructions call for 2 cups of batter.This will cause a huge mess to clean.The batter will come out the front all over the dial and make a huge mess!!Good waffles, but plan on doing lots of cleanup afterwards.

I'll be honest I read the reviews on amazon before i bought this waffle maker and followed the recommendations and I love this waffle maker. I put the setting to a "3" and pour the batter pretty much in the middle of the iron, then give it a gentle push down to spread the batter evenly. Don't worry about overflow on the sides, let the heat either dry it or cook it, it easily comes off when you're done cooking. Make sure you use a spray cooking oil like "pam" it won't stick at all that way. Hope this ... Read More

No stick, too!
