I received this product as described.I'm more than delighted with the size.It fits perfectly on a shelf in the fridge, completely out of the way.It does not take up much room and holds a great deal of water.I can not explain how great the water tastes!I work for a company that is one of the largest bottled water providers in the nation and I have to say that I would never buy bottle water again.Nothing has compared to how clean and crisp the water tastes.I am defintely drinking more ... I saw some pretty whiny reviews here, but decided to get it anyways and judge for myself.
I'm very glad I did.
It holds quite a bit of water and yes, it does take 1 and 1/2 fills in the top to completely fill the bottom.. but who cares?If the top was bigger than the bottom, we would have less water to drink!
It filters perfectly and it tastes amazing.The entire unit sits perfectly in my fridge, and all I have to do is slide it forward a few inches and remove ... Read More

I love this thing, I had a jug before but invarably it would be empty as my kids would use it and not fill it up. With this size it last pretty long and am able to fill it up once (usually late at night) per day. The water taste good too! $19.99 was a steal...

I've been resisting buying a water filtration system forever, being content getting refills on a 3-gallon container at the grocery store. Well, I'm glad I bought the Pur.Water tastes great, and it's as simple as going to the sink to fill it.The spout is a little messy (sprays around a bit), but otherwise it gives me exactly what I want, and it has replaced my regular trips to the grocery store just for water.
