I placed my order and had to contact the company to see why it had not arrived after a couple weeks of waiting.They emailed me back that it was currently not available but I had recieved no notice prior to my making contact with them.It was frustrating.I cancelled the order & re-ordered from someone else.

I've been using the Honeywell prefilter for over ten years and have found it does the job, and is easy to replace.

These Honeywell HEPA filters actually do help.And the pre-filter is an essential part of the program.
