This 10-in. stainless steel lid is designed for the Calphalon ONE line and will fit the 10-in. Omelette and Everyday pan as well as the 5-qt. Saucier, 3-qt. Saut?? and 4-qt Chefs pans.However many of the Calphalon pans share the same diameter so these lids can be used with other Calphalon lines: Professional Hard Anodized, Commercial Hard Anodized, Professional Nonstick, Commercial Nonstick and Professional Nonstick II.

Just what can you really say about a lid. It covers the pot and does what it is supposed to do. :).
Rating: - Solid construction, a bit expensive
I don't own any Calphalon pots or pans; I actually bought this brushed stainless steel lid for my ~10" diameter cast iron skillet.Since I am using this item outside of its original purpose, I don't expect it to give me a perfect tight fight with my cast iron skillet, which has 2 pour spouts.It works well enough, though, and is only slightly smaller than it needs to be for a better fit.I like how the brushed finish will help hide scuffs and other marks.

- Doesn't quite fit!
As stated in title, this lid doesn't seem to fit the pan very well.Ok, I ordered it for the 10" Calphalon One Non-stick omelette pan rather than the same sized Infused version.Calphalon says that it should fit.However, it slides around on the pan quite a bit.It does cover the pan (At least it does that!) However, the movement mentioned will lead to some instability when moving the hot pan from place to place.It is likely to make draining ground hamburger meat problematic at the least.Also, ... Hello!Just a quick FYI... the description of this item doesn't specifically mention the TriPly Stainless and the TriPly Copper lines, but I ordered this in the hopes that it would fit my TriPly 3-quart Saute Pan, and much to my pleasant surprise, it fits perfectly!Also it's very heavy-duty and beautiful.In my humble opinion, I really prefer the Calphalon TriPly over the alleged creme de la creme: All-Clad.I have some of each, and the big functional advantage of the Calphalon TriPly is the flared ... This was a perfect replacement for the 10" glass lid I accidentally broke.And the seller shipped it via DHL, instead of UPS, so it was delivered to my P.O. Box with no pain or attempts to track down packages.
The price may seem a bit steep, but the construction and materials are excellent - thick stainless steel and a VERY firmly attached handle.
I'm considering replacing all my glass lids with stainless steel.I won't be able to see how things are cooking, but at the same time ... Read More
