- All Star Induction Cooktop Performer!
When it comes to upscale induction cooktops, some of the best names in cookware often fail the pocket magnet "cling" test. The more its magnetic appeal, the better induction performer it will be... and this little 1-qt wonder isan All Star on any cooking surface with its combo of heavy stainless covering a bottom hunk of even cooking aluminum. In fact, this little pot with its protected glass cover fits my pro kitchen so well, I'm adding more Simply Calphalon Stainless.

It's also sitting in a landfill somewhere due to my mother having incinerated it on her stovetop.I'll stick with Ikea where I can get 3 different sized pots bundled for $10 bucks and have enough left over to buy some spoons.

I love this little pan.It heats evenly and cleans easily....what more can you ask for.

I enjoy using this saucepan.The base is heavy, and the clear lid helps to know what is taking place in the covered pan.The sides are shorter than my other cookware so I do need to use more caution to stir when very full, but I believe those issues are more about the cook than this pan!

This is an excellent product in a size that is not easy to find. The handle is cleverly designed to be comfortable for either right- or left-handed folks. The bottom is heavy, meaning even heating over high flame. The glass lid is a definite plus and is well-constructed (often the handles on glass lids are affixed with screws; this one is riveted). I rate this A+.
