Rating: - Misleading, always a week late - but great when it comes.
Shame on you.Always a week late? Pay someone to print it in town.We are a city of 1M.My little town of .5M-$4M homes, surely is worthy of our money's worth.This is supposed to be a subscription to a daily paper.Are you telling me that not one of the papers produced here offered you even a reasonable going rate?What about the Daily News (real estate's public record)?

I purchased a 1 year subscription through Amazon and after 4 weeks it simply stopped arriving.Amazon itself will do nothing except tell me to call their company, Synapse Services.Synapse services' telephone number gives only an automated attendant which after repeated attempts still will not recognize my Amazon order number.Synapse will also not reply to my emails.I've missed three weeks now and have not been able to solve the problem even though I've called Synapse 3 times and written 4 ... - DO NOT ORDER FROM AMAZON.COM!!
The paper is great, which is why I subscribed. BUT SYNAPSE VIA AMAZON IS TERRIBLE! I ORDERED IN MARCH AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY FIRST ISSUE TILL AUGUST!! And it now arrives a day late, and I get the weekend edition the following Wednesday.

As noted by many other reviews, the fulfillment services by Synapse was awful!I called them 4 weeks after ordering on Amazon and was told that they had processed my order about 3 weeks ago.When I called Financial Times directly, was told that they haven't even receive the order yet.Synapse offered to contact Financial times and get back to me 'in 3 to 5 days'.I just cancelled my subscription (and will never use them again) and subscribed directly at the FT website for the same price with ... I have ordered other magazine subscriptions through Amazon with great results howevever trying to get the FT was a bust. I ordred it on June 13 and today is July 23 and I still haven't seen my first issue. I cancelled my order today and will go directly through the FT web site. What a disappointment.
