Perfect for an average family, this set packs six 10-3/4-inch dinner plates, six 9-inch salad plates, and six 12-ounce mugs. Based on designs from Lenox artist Louise de Luyer, Butterfly Meadow's dinnerware set mixes and matches a variety of meadow scenes, each featuring a species of butterfly with a different bloom. I've always wanted this pattern of china, and am so happy to finally be able to purchase it.It is "spring" on the table.

These dishes are beautiful. They look like springtime and I especially like the mugs.I'm saving my pennies for all the serving pieces and more bowls.They make me smile as I eat my cereal.
I shopped for ages for new dishes.I wanted something white, but not all white.These fit the bill perfectly.

I recently purchased this set to replace my old Corelleware. They are absolutely beautiful and so far seem to handle going into the microwave great. Someone complained earlier that they get too hot when used in the microwave oven. I actually like the fact that they are a little thicker on the bottom because they hold/keep the heat from the microwave, so food stays warm longer. I also read a complaint that the cups were hard to sip from because of the pretty scalloped edging. I have not found that ... Read More

I was dreaming of this set for months and months and couldn't bring myself to pay so much for dishes... but finally, I decided that they were probably worth it to me since I waited so long to buy them.
They are so beautiful. It makes me happy just to eat off them. ;)
