A few years ago I felt ready to try SUPER Callanetics. I had practiced (basic) Callanetics for two years straight, variated Pilates into my weekly routine, cardio and weight lifting and an occasional light jog.When I put this DVD in I quickly resorted to my original Callanetics tape.It's been over a year and I"m scared to pop this into the DVD player.
