Really nice product. If you like to have someone chop youor beat you with their hands when you have tight muscles, you'll like this product. It doesn't use as much energy as using your hands and arms and supplies the same results. It really works the kinks out. I've seen some reviews that said the bongos on irritate there sore spot, but I feel if you use them lightly they work great. You don't need to beat yourself with them. last year i purchased my first set of bongers. love them! the best thing about them is that you can use them on yourself!i can reach the aching spots on my upper back all by myself!and you can use them anywhere you have sore muscles or stress knots.also good for headaches, and for tired aching feet!i love mine so much that i bought my parents a set for christmas this year.they like theirs, too! my hands are weak and i can't give a very strong massage, but i can use these to pound out my husband's ... I love my bongers. But you have to enjoy having a hard massage on your back. If you have a sensitive back then they're not for you. They're pretty hard which means they can get at those annoying knots.
Rating: - Easy to use
These are really easy to use, you don't have to hit hard with them to get good effect. My husband has a back like a plank of wood and it's impossible (for me, a non-masseuse) to give him a massage that does any good. These let me help him out without fatiguing myself or giving me hand cramps... we had a "thumper" kind of hand-held version of this but the kickback from it made it really hard for me to use on him as I got tired very quickly. These are so much better.

I really enjoy using these bongers to help loosen up my tight muscles. Works really good on my calve muscles. My cats like it too.
