I've been using this mascara for at least 10 years and love it.It doesn't bother my contacts, smudge or clump.I like the fact that when it gets low I can add a little bit of water and get some more use out of it.

This mascara separates eyelashes and is not clumpy. I love this mascara and would buy this product again.

I really like this mascara. I only gave it 4 because it is clumpy and I have to spend a little time with my eyelash comb getting the clumps out.Otherwise, it is the only mascara that doesn't cause me to loose a ton of lashes.Everything else from Estee Lauder, Bourjois to Great Lash causes me loose a lot of lashes.I also like that if I cry, I don't wind up looking like a raccoon, it subtly melts away; no mess! It washes off easily with soap and water and is flexible, not flaky.

I like this mascara, but I definitely like Dior Show better. This is the mascara I use when I'm running late and don't have time to carefully use the huge brush that is Dior Show. I think it's more similar to drugstore mascara.
