Could not be more pleased.Cooks well and cleans up with ease.Burned cheese came right off after a brief soaking.I've used the grill pan for burgers, steaks, chicken breasts and all have been great.The real test, however, will be how long the nonstick suface lasts.I paid $10 more for the pan from the "One" line rather than the "Contemporary" line for the better nonstick. Based on results to date, it appears to be worth it.

The square surface has plenty of room for steaks, burgers etc.I love the grill surface, now I can have grill marks on my meat.Do not use cooking spray in the can only oil and cook on low and you have no splatters because I think it is the high sides.It is so easy to clean, just wash in warm soapy water comes right off.It is kinda heavy, which I like.It maybe on the expensive side but it is worth it, I love it and highly recommend it.

Calphalon Contemporary Nonstick 11-Inch Square Grill PanI love love this pan-so versatile and so easy to clean.I keep it on my stovetop all the time.
I even use it to toast my bread!

Bought this pan about a month ago, and have been using it constantly.I've made burgers and steak and they've come out beautifully -- nicely seared on the outside, juicy on the inside.It also makes the best grilled cheese (I use my tea kettle -- filled with water -- as a grill press).I also used it a few times to make grilled bread to accompany soups and salads (touch of garlic-infused olive oil brushed on the surface)and it has really infused the bread with flavor. I had seen this grill at a friends house and wanted to have it since I live in a Condo and cannot grill outside.It is great for steaks on the stovetop.Also, I purchased it, through Amazon, for $25.00 LESS than I had seen it in other stores.
