- Great product
I love this toaster.The design is beautiful and it works wonderfully.I like that it has enough settings to get my toasts just right.The only down to it is that it has a spot where the crumbs get stuck, even with the crum catcher on the bottom.But it matches my appliances perfectly.

- Looks good, but basic
The toaster looks great, but I did not realize just how basic it is until I actually started using it.The easy release crumb tray is a nice feature, however I wish it had a seperate pop-up button like my previous Cuisinart toaster.
Also, I noticed the other day that one side of the toast was coming out more toasted than the other, so hopefully this will not end up being another defective product.
