- Good Product For The Price
Just wish that it would have come with a sheath to enclose it. Very sharp!! However, I made a hardwood holder for it and attached it on the wall where it will be used. If it would of come with a good protective cover, I would have rated it a five.

I love this knife. It is long enough to slice the breadmaker loaves. It will also slice the top off of large round cakes for decorating.

Generally, I'm cutting bread made from my bread machine and this thing really does the trick.No more mangled bread.Nice long blade, well made, and extremely sharp.I've had a few other bread knives that just weren't good enough, so I was especially happy when I got this.Now the downside to the extremely sharp blade is that you can cut yourself if you aren't careful, and I have cut myself a couple of times with this.Today, for example, I reached into the knife drawer, and cut my finger in ... WOW, I finally don't have to squish the whole loaf while I slice it.This knife is great.Cuts bread very thin, even without a bread slicer guide.Love it.
