very comfortable. Definitely follow the size suggestions as they do run big.Great value for the quality provided.
Rating: - Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned
My girlfriend got me a pair of these for my birthday this year and although I was attracted by the convenience of not having laces, they are more comfortable than my old lace-up low-top All-Stars.
Now if Converse would only price the Jack Purcell versions as reasonably, I'd love to try a pair of those, too.

These are a great pair of easy to wear shoes.i bought a 10 for my boyfriend, who typically wears an 11, and they aren't remotely snug.

- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I purchase a pair of shoes in the USA I expect them to be USA sizes not UK sizes. I had to return the shoes I bought not once but TWICE cos the people at this company couldn't follow my first returned instructions nor did the person I spoke to on the phone! IDIOTS.
The third time they were delivered I was promised next day delivery which never happened. I did finally receive the correct shoes 2 days later, which ended up being over 3 weeks from my original order.

This was for a Christmas gift and we were going directly off the current pair of shoes that my daughter had.I thought I was purchasing a size 8 in women's, but recieved a men's 8.After going to the Converse site to order directly it turns out the shoes are unisex.The second pair ordered were also the wrong size so we gave up.
