- defective modem and seller doesn't refund
I tried twice with the cable company to hook this modem to the internet. It turned out to be a defective one. In addition, package received is incomplete, missing CD claimed. Seller is not willing to refund. My recommendation: not to buy from private sellers with limited reviews only.

I like this item very much. It works well and the heat generated is very low. Also, the delivery is superb. It arrived very fast.

Bought this product and it worked flawlessly up until it died after 1 year and 7 months.Resets were very uncommon, happening once every 3 months or so, although these were probably only needed due to errors by the ISP.I did run this modem 24x7 365 which may have led to its demise, but also it may have just been a bad apple; therefore, I'm giving it a 4 star rating.
