Cooks Illustrated gave this knife a great rating against several other pricier models.I thought I'd give it a try since it was fairly inexpensive and am very glad I did.This knife makes prep work a pleasure.

finally a cheap knife that performs like a Expensive knife. be very very careful with these knifes i cut my self 3 times in the first week and didn't feel it. I love this knife i also have 2 paring knifes from the same company there great too..

I have always felt that you get what you pay for. When working in my kitchen owning a good, well maintained knife is extremely important. I own Schiff, Wustoff and Henkels chef knives, all are 8 inch.
