Rating: - Great printer - not for photos
We have had this printer for a few years.I actually bought a second because it was cheeper than replacing all of the tonors.The best part is that it comes with full versions of all of the different color tonors.It is pretty fast, has pleanty of memory and the print quality is terrific.I never had a paper jam or any problem at all.The only weird thing is that it randomly goes through some type of a priming procedure that can be a bit loud in the middle of the night.

I'm a computer repair technician that has had many years in the field. HP printers might not be the best in impressing me with the printouts it produces, but after a HP printer gets older it starts to shine. For the most part you will have a HP printer longer then any other printer.

Any network printer needs an IP address. If it gets an address from DHCP, every time you try to print, your computer will need to find the printer on the network. If you are not sure what I am talking about then ... Read More
