- Heavy duty well made non-stick pan set
When we moved into our new house two years ago we took the plunge andgot rid of all of our beaten up and not very good quality to begin with pots and pans.We purchased these Circulon non stick pans because of the quality of the brand and the fact that this set is in the sizes we use most often.We've used them regularly for the past two years and have had no problems with them:they are heavy so they hold and distribute cooking heat evenly without "hot spots". Overall these are nice sturdy deep pans with a better than average capacity due to the depth.The non-stick coating works well.My only complaint, as with others, is that the handle weighs more than the pan causing the pan, when empty, to tip in the direction of the handle.This may be a safety hazard for some.Once food has been added to the pan, it's not a problem, but if you are heating oil in the pan prior to sauteing, you should exercise caution to avoid spills or burns.It would also be ... When buying skillets, the most important factor for me is the quality of the nonstick lining. These skillets have very good nonstick lining that does not chip off when cleaned. These will last me a long time.
Don't forget to wipe with oil before first use and to only use low to medium heat settings!

It sucks to not be able to use dishwasher on these they are great otherwise.
