- Coatng thin, comes off easily, food sticks
It is a thin, light pan, with a big wooden handle, so it's easy to lift and turn.Because its thin, it gets hot spots in the "corner" where the base meets the sides.Meat gets welded on, and does not soak off (lots and lots of scrubbing).Also the coating is thin, comes off easily and scratches grow.I recommend spending more money to get a heavier pan.
