The iron is awesome! I can't believe how sleek my hair looks, and most of all my hair stays in shape. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was skeptical about buying a flat iron that was only one inch wide (the wider the better, right?) but was very pleasantly surprised that it worked beautifully.I had permed hair that was growing out at the time of purchase, and this iron did what no discount store iron could to...actually straighten and smooth my hair with NO frizz. Well worth the money spent.

Love, Love, Love, this product! My hair is shiney and smooth and flat! The iron heats up in record time.It doesn't pull my hair like some other flat irons that I have used.Works just like the one at the salon. Very happy with this product

I have thick hair.This product is OK, but I'm not overly impressed.I've tried others and this is definitely better than products you would find at Wal-mart or the grocery store and the price isn't too bad.I feel like it takes forever to straighten my hair with this and it's still not as flat/unfrizzy as I would like it to be.Oh well, it will work for now.

The product was received in a timely fashion.It worked great 3 times. The fourth time the ceramic pads fell out of the iron and it has not worked since.we popped the pads back into place but now there is no consistent temperature and the pads feel unstable.
The return policy support is nonexistent. BUYER BEWARE!!!
