Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Unreliable and poor warranty support
I really enjoyed this coffee maker until it began having problems. It made good coffee, had a nice timer feature, and was attractive in my kitchen. I did experience some of the issues other users have noted here, especially condensation running down the back of the coffee maker when opening the lid. But basically I was happy.

I used the coffee maker a few times a week for about a year and it suddenly stopped working. The controls would light up but the coffee maker would not brew or ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Quit working within a year
This product, while slightly pleasing to the eye, is absolute garbage.First, the hole to pour the water in is very small (think silver dollar diameter). If you enjoy wiping up water spills this model is for you!Secondly, mine shut down within one year of service. After several calls to the service center I was eventually told to send it in for repair. The kicker was I was asked to pay for shipping both ways.(keep in mind less than one year old).So ask yourself this question: is my hard earned ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Broken after 18 months
This coffee maker seemed great when we got it. We found from other reviews that as long as you poured out the previous leftover amounts of coffee, there was no leaking as other reviews mentioned. But after a few months, the coffee maker began to switch itself off shortly after brewing. We would just turn it on again or warm coffee in microwave (not ideal). But after 18 months, it began to not switch on at all; although by unplugging and replugging we could get it going again for awhile. Now it is 18-months ... Read More

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Not very convenient
This coffee maker made fine coffee, but the style is not very convenient. You can't see from across the room if you have coffee left or not, you can't swing the pot to the table to fill up cups, and you do have to find a separate jug to fill it up with water (rather than using the carafe). Ours worked fine for 2 years and up and died this morning and I'll take the chance to get a different kind.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Worked for a while
We loved this coffee maker when it worked. Ours actually lasted several years, so I gave it three stars because it did make great tasting, hot hot coffee. Then one day it just died. Had the same problem with the lid building up condensation and running down the back when you open it up. Eventually the timer/brewing mechanism went out. Time to try another brand.
