- Very nice sauce pan
This sauce pan can take a beating and is a great, multi-purpose pan. It is not non-stick, which makes it versatile and can withstand higher temperatures and even the oven. It's surprisingly easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and can handle a brillo pad if needed. I've been very pleased with this pan and will replace my older pots and pans with the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro line as needed. I do have a few All Clad pans and feel this one gives you more for the money, and doesn't need to be babied.

- Nice cookware
I am very happy with the Multiclad Pro cookware so far. Nice weight but not too heavy, heats quickly, cleans easily but, as mentioned in other reviews, it does discolor on the bottoms- interior turns blueish, exterior turns brownish from the application of heat(this is not an issue for me as I was looking for cooking ability not asthetics.)I am an advid, experienced cook making most foods from scratch and I would highly recommend this product.
