- a good looking pan, but has sticky problem
I bought the 10-inch multiclad pro for $29.99. I like its price, its shiny and clean looking even after several uses. Its very flat bottom fits my ceramic ranch well. However, it does have more severe sticky problems compared to my other Kohl's Foodnetwork stainless steel multi-purpose Chef's pan. And cleaning the pan after the sticky problem is a big task. Heating up time is also slower than my Kohl's pan. I would not recommend it as a main cooking pan. However, for its value and look, it serves ... Read More

For years, I've been afraid of stainless fry pans. My experience with them was limited to the time when I was young and not as experienced of a cook. I did not really know how to avoid sticking or how to clean them, and the stainless pans I had 19 years ago I gave away out of frustration.
Let me say, wow! I have really been missing out by cooking on nonstick pans all this time. You just cannot get the kind of sear on a nonstick pan as you can with this.

I got this pan to replace my old non-stick pan. It took sometime to get used to cooking with non non-stick cookware but I let the pan hot before adding oil and nothing sticks. The pan is very well built and looks beautiful. I am happy with it.

This product is exactly what we have been searching for. Heavy Duty, Easy to clean,Comfortable Handles and Tight fitting lids. As with all Stainless Steel you must adjust you cooking method to a lower heat setting. As long as you keep that in mind you will love this cookware.As a matter of fact we loved it so much that we purchased every single piece of Multiclad Pro Stainless that Cuisinart makes. WE JUST LOVE IT!!

Pan works great when finishing off fritatas in the over, the main reason why we bought it. It's just the right size for the two of us... As usual, great workmanship.
