I have made so many meals on this pan, it's amazing. I've made steaks, burgers, grilled cheese and everything was wonderful. The best part is the cleanup, it's so easy and the pan isn't heavy like others out there. I'm so happy I purchased this product

I love this grill pan. Nothing sticks to it! And the food comes out with wonderful grill marks.
It's so easy to clean, too. Everything wipes right off; cooked on cheese, bits of meat, everything.
I wont cook burgers indoors on any other pan. They come out so juicy and tasty and they are so easy to cook on this pan.
Oh! And fish cooks great! We cook salmon and it comes out with a delicious crust on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.

Pros - Very nonstick, browns meat well even if it's nonstick, easy to clean up, easy to carry, stay cool metal handles, useful shape and size.
Cons - Like all nonstick, can't use high heat.
I've only had this pan a week, so I'm not sure how well it will hold up, but it's performed excellently so far.I used it to sear a whole beef tenderloin (before transferring to a roasting pan for the oven). The instructions said to avoid high heat, so I seared it over the equivalent of ... Read More
