These speakers are perfect for traveling in their very nice little case.I plugged them in and they sound great.They look great and stand up well with rubber coated feet.They display a large green volume bar on the screen while adjusting volume.Nice smooth base that doesn't sound distorted when turned up.

The top two or three volume levels severly distort the sound and are unlistenable, this may be my computer and not the speakers.They are still plenty ... Read More
Rating: - Great portable USB speakers...
I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T61 laptop, whose sound output left much to be desired. I bought the Logitech 970155-0403 V20 Notebook Speakers to watch TV shows, movies, music videos and instructional videos online.

Overall assessment is that these speakers serve my purpose VERY WELL. The speakers enhance the laptop's sound dramatically. I like the fact that the speakers connect to the laptop through a USB port. The speakers have a good form factor, which makes them easily portable.

Rating: - Small problems
The speakers sound very good for their size. No complaints. Two issues. The buttons are stiff and not helpful. Plus, my speakers only work after the Toshiba notebook boots and then the speakers are plugged in.If they are plugged in first, the notebook won't boot up.Still working on that.

I have had these speakers about two months and they have worked GREAT
consistently from day one. I am running 64Bit Vista O.S on a Toshiba
notebook. These speakers are the GREATEST!!I have a close friend who bought these when they first came out and he paid a hundred smackers for them. I bought them on his recommendation. Now, I have read all the naysayers' reviews and quite a few mention the lack of depth & tone
