- Excellent grill pan!
I'd sent an earlier pan onwards to the trash heap, so I had really needed a new pan. I bought the Cuisinart brand because of another replacement pan I had purchased from the company that I have used with satisfaction.
Although it would be great if Cuisinart produced this pan with higher sides, I have found this pan of excellent quality and utility.

I love this pan, the weight and quality are excellent.I have pans that I paid much more for and are less satisfied with.Nothing sticks and clean up is a breeze.I bought one for myself and liked it so well that I have given as a gift on several occasions.

it arrived just a few days after I placed an order.Even with "FREE" shipping, it was so fast!I tried pan seared rib eye steak and this pan did a great job!This pan is lighter than I expected but it is easier to use because it is lighter.Cleaning was very easy with nonstick surface.I am happy with this pan.

I have a glass cooktop stove and this pan works great on it.You need to preheat the pan,and once youput your food on,let it be. I just used it for the second time, and 4 burgers (at once) came out great, better than the first time.I definitely let the pan heat up longer the second time, and didn't touch the burgers.I got great grill marks.I do wish the wall of the pan was alittle higher,as the grease really splattered on my stove.But I do love this pan!!One last thing,I have ...
