- nice set; except the steak knives are not the same quality
This is a nice set of knives.We have been happy with the quality.With knives, you want the handle to feel right, and for it to last.Having had it for 6 months, both of these things have held up to our expectations.Great price too.Just one issue that makes this not a 5 star review, and that is the steak knives that are included isn't the same quality.The handles on the steak knives are pretty cheap, and do not have the same feel.

Oxo Good Grips Professional 14-Piece Knife Block Set is convenient. The knives are easy to use, comfortable to hold, and very sharp.

Great value for the knives you get. The silicone handles are soft and are easy to handle. The only downfall I would say is that I wish the santoku knife was a bit bigger. But overall very satisfied with item.

I bought a set for my girlfried and we liked the knives so much I bought a set for myself.Best value I could find.Quality seems comparable to the high dollar European/Japanese sets.

This is a nice set of knives.They arrived in a well packed box, and were as advertised.They are sharp, comfortable to hold, and do a nice job of cutting, chopping, all the stuff knives are supposed to do!Easy to clean, easy to store in the block.Sharpening with the steel, as the instructions show, is a piece of cake.
I'm glad I found this set, and have no regrets.I have since picked up the larger Santuko as well.I'd recommend this set to anyone.
